Following Tikka and Erich for a day in their life, Tikka to the Rescue explores the process of becoming a professional avalanche rescue team, and the close bond formed along the way. Having been validated by Colorado Rapid Avalanche Deployment (C-RAD), Erich and Tikka are not only able to patrol the inbounds ski area of Arapahoe Basin, but can also deploy to a backcountry avalanche, should the need arise. The dynamic ski patrol duo trains continuously to keep their skills sharp, and their friendship firm.
